New Vendor Registration:
If you have not previously sold at Kings Russell Auctioneers, you will need to register with us when consigning your goods.
For this, the following details are required:
Contact Details:
Full name, postal address, phone number (landline & mobile) and email address
2 forms of ID:
Passport, Driving License and National ID Cards accepted
Proof of Address:
Utility Bills or Bank Statements accepted if less than 3 months old
Note:
As a vendor, verification that you are the legal owner of the goods is required. If acting on behalf of a third party, a letter of authorisation to sell on their behalf is required.
Settlement:
Following the successful sale of your goods, the settlement process will commence 1 month and 1 day after the sale date with payment being made by BACS directly to your bank account within 3 banking days.
Vendors Premium / Charges:
Vendors Premium is 15% (with a minimum charge of £10 per lot for Small items and £20 per lot for Large items).
Entry fee per lot per week is £5 whether sold or unsold.
Insurance & damage waiver is 1.5% or £1.50 minimum per lot, sold or unsold.
Storage charges are £5 per lot per day for Small items and £10 per lot per day for Large items.
All charges are exclusive of VAT at 20%.
